This is a Go Bananas recipe. 

    Pour one glass of milk in a pot and add a handful or two of oats. How much milk and

 oats depends on for how many people you are preparing the meal for and how big your

 portions are. Peal one banana and squish it with a fork. When the milk is hot and

 the oats are soft, pour the mixture over the banana in the bowl. Sprinkle one teaspoon of

 cinnamon over the oatmeal and mix it well together. Add dried cranberries, or mixed nuts.

 It’s a very simple, fast and tasty breakfast.
