Aerobic

Aerobic is a kind of physical exercise that integrates rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the objective of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). Generally it's performed in group with background music and this is directed by an instructor, although it can be practiced solo and without musical accompaniment.

*Swimming

Swimming works your whole body, improving cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility all at the same time. Your cardiovascular system in particular benefits because swimming improves your body’s use of oxygen without overworking your heart.
As you become fitter and are able to swim longer, your resting heart rate and respiratory rate will be reduced, making blood flow to the heart and lungs more efficient. If you’re looking to lose weight, swimming is just the ticket. On average, a swimmer can burn as many calories in an hour as a runner who runs six miles in one hour. Simply put, some call swimming the perfect form of exercise.

* Yoga

Yoga and Health are closely related. Yoga is a popular aid in improving both physical and mental health. This is basically the most common goal of people who practice Yoga - for health reasons. * Zumba

Zumba is a total body workout. With weight lifting and resistance training, you’re focusing in on one group of muscles at a time. Even when you do cardio on the treadmill or an exercise bike, you’re mostly working the lower body. Zumba provides a total body toning routine along with a heart pumping aerobic workout. It’s a way to get toned, benefit the heart, and burn calories all at the same time.
